Welcome to Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Fayetteville, NY conveniently located inside the Fitness Forum Health Club. Our therapists have decades of combined experience treating painful injuries in the low back, knee, hip, shoulder, neck, foot and ankle. We have also had great success treating patients with fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, chronic pain, headaches, and total joint replacements.

Our clinicians provide specialized, one-on-one care as they design an individualized treatment program for each client to address their symptoms and deficits while keeping the client’s personal goals in mind as well.

In addition to our 1500 sq ft private therapy suite, we are conveniently situated in close proximity to the health club’s exercise floor where we enjoy access to their state-of-the-art fitness/wellness equipment. This allows us to treat a wide-array of patient populations from geriatric patients to injured workers and athletes. In addition, our patients enjoy the use of all the club amenities, including free onsite child-care, while they are in therapy. Once discharged, the health club, under the guidelines established by the physical therapist, provides a complimentary fitness membership to encourage all of our clients to continue going forward with a healthy, active lifestyle.
