COVID-19 Updates and Information
We Are Open for Treatment
Fitness Forum Physical Therapy wants you, your family, and our employees to be protected and stay healthy. We take your health seriously with the utmost concern for your well-being.
We have remained open and are ready and prepared to treat you at our clinics.
Following CDC Guidance and Implementing Safety Protocals
Our clinics are committed to ensuring the safety of our patients and staff. We are monitoring and adhering to the latest guidelines issued by the CDC. All of our clinics are taking the necessary precautions:
Encouraging any patient or staff member to stay home if they do not feel well or display symptoms of COVID-19 (fever of 100.4 and higher, sneezing, coughing, body aches, shortness of breath, nausea, or vomiting).
Maintaining social distancing (when not treating patients with manual therapy).
Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and equipment with healthcare approved cleaning materials routinely and in between each appointment. We have always taken extra care when cleaning tables and equipment after patient use, however we are now giving even more attention to disinfecting our clinics.
Disinfectant wipes and antibacterial hand sanitizer are available for use.
We ask all patients to wear a face covering.
Clinicians and staff are equipped with the necessary PPE.
Much of our staff has begun the vaccine dosing recommendations from the CDC to continue to stop the spread of the virus and provide high-quality care in a safe environment.
In addition to offering in-clinic appointments, our clinicians are prepared to provide you all of your physical therapy follow ups and instruction via telehealth. In the age of COVID-19, telehealth allows patients to continue rehabilitation via virtual appointments from the comfort of their own home. Telehealh is covered by insurance.
